Overview
About Me
Hi I'm Lucy! As an avid traveler and a hiking leader, I have a deep love in both nature and civilizations of the world and have quite some amazing stories to share about my travels and my life experience. I am very open-minded and inclusive, so feel free to talk about any topics with me. I would also like to communicate with people all over the world and learn how people live their lives on different corner of the earth. If I have the privilege to be your guest, I would like to hear about local things from you.
To hosts: I'm an easy-going, neat and polite guest, quiet when necessary, and will try to leave no trace to your home except for sweet memories.
To guests: Hope you're similar like me as a guest (see 'to host's). No smoking/vaping/drugs/pets please.
Important Note: Due to some bad hosting experience, I usually don't host random people who don't have enough good references. I prefer neat and polite guests who write a detailed request introducing your background, life habits and reasons. I prefer you sending the request 2-14 days before your arrival.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I used to travel a lot but find it not meaningful enough just to see the architectures and sceneries, I feel it hard to get understanding of a place from that. After I try couchsurfing I deeply feel the only way to learn about a place is to meet and chat with local people, get into their culture and experience it, only in this way we can break out of our bubble and embrace the diversity of the world.
I love exchanging culture with people and learn about how people live their lives in different places of the world! The collision of thoughts result in inspirations which motivates my life. I also want to promote the mutual understanding between people. Couchsurfing always gives me the chance to pursue the next adventure.
