ABOUT ME

Hey!
My name is Lucia. I grew up in Bratislava where my family lives. My life used to be all about learning and swimming. I used to practice 9 times a week and take part in competitions, travelling around Europe. After high school I stopped and started studying at the university, meeting friends and enjoying the life a lot. I live and work in Prague now. I moved here because of my studies six years ago. Prague is a really beautiful city and parties here are great.

PHILOSOPHY

Living and enjoying my own life. Studying for future and partying for present. I value my family, my friends and my whole life.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I live with my best friends who I used to study with. I love meeting new people. Thet's why I joined CS. I'm meeting people, going to party, showing around...
I'm maybe able to host. As we're very busy, it really depends on time of the visit.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My friends and me try to meet everyone who contacts us. We really like knowing something about new cultures and we met a lot of great people, showed them around the city and went to party. During the summer 2009 I surfed (first time) in Amsterdam and met 2 new friends. It was a great experience. After, I surfed with friends in Madrid and Barcelona, Denmark, Norway, Paris...
I enjoy meeting with local people and at home I want to meet as many travellers as I can. :) Because I like talking in foreign languages and have fun.

Interests

I love all sports, especially swimming, snowboarding, then basketball. I started playing frisbee with friends and we have a lot of fun while playing. Then I love all my friends and meeting them, going to party and travelling. In my freetime I often listen to music. I like learning foreign languages (English,German,Spanish) and practicing them with native speakers.
