About Me
IMPORTANT INFO
We love to have couchsurfers but have super busy lives, so we can only accept guests 2 weeks or more in advance. Please only message if you're planning in advance so we don't have to disappoint you!
See the lovely smiley woman on the left in the picture? That's my mum (Ann), she lives in the house in Kenilworth, I actually live in London and I go back occasionally. Depending on when you want to come, I may or may not be there -if we organise it far enough in advance and if its on a Friday/at the a weekend I can often make sure I'm home which would be ideal, but it might just be her hosting you, but don't worry she's great. Generally it's easier for us to accept guest in university term time as I have a sister who comes back in the holidays, but you can ask anytime and I'll let you know!
ABOUT ANN
She's really into films of all genres, she has an allotment and she doesn't eat meat, but does dabble in a bit of fish. She's good at inventive fancy dress costumes, she's easy going and likes to chat and meet people. She's handy with making clothes and doing bits of DIY, and she cycles/swims a lot. The TV she watches seems to be mainly Icelandic or Sci Fi and she likes reading, especially with a cup of real leaf tea. She supports Watford (don't panic Luton fans, I'm pretty she sure she won't turn you away on that basis) and likes to go to live comedy. She doesn't believe in guilty pleasures -because, what's the point in feeling guilty?
ABOUT ME
I live in London but come back to Kenilworth now and then. My job is to support people with learning disabilities/mental health problems with a tad of facilitation on the side. I'm into comedy, philosophy, dinosaurs and books and really not into Jaffa Cakes, they're disgusting.
