ABOUT ME

I'm a bubbly Brit, originally from a rural English village near London. Currently living with my husband and our little one in NYC. I also lived in Austin, Texas for a year while I was studying abroad 2011-2012.

Although it's been a while, I still have the heart of a backpacker.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have surfed in Europe and the USA.
When I lived in Austin, I also got the chance to host a couple of times. I'm hoping to do that again when I move to London in the near future.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Interessen

I love outdoorsy stuff like camping and hiking, scuba diving and most of all travelling and getting to experience new things. I have definitely always got the travel bug and now I have a daughter, I can't wait for her to be big enough to go adventuring!

Musik, Filme und Bücher

Favourite films include Cool Runnings and Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure. Favourite TV includes GOT and Peep Show.

I'm a huge bookworm (my twitter is @StealTheGoose for more of that) - some recent reads I've loved include Dark Matter by Blake Crouch and Just Mercy by Bryan Stephenson.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

I learned to ride a push bike at the age of 22 en route to my first cycling trip, over the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco.

I also once saw a monk on a motorcycle.
