CURRENT MISSION

My current mission is to travel with my partner around the United States. We are staying in one state per month and would love to meet people and keep EXPLORING.

ABOUT ME

I'm an avid traveler and have been to over 30 countries so far. I stayed in the bay area for some years and now it's time to explore different places in the US. I love hiking and exploring different parks. I also have a very cute Shiba! After being a guest quite many times in this community, I'm hosting now and hopefully can pay it back! I'm easy-going, enthusiastic, and always love hearing stories.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I "fled" from a village in Sri lanka and one of the hosts here kindly offered me a safe place to stay and calmed me down. And without the help from two guys from Maldives, I don't believe I could have had such a nice experience there. Many experiences in the Middle East and Africa.

It took me 17 consecutive hours to reach the peak of the sacred mountain in Sri Lanka, Adam's Peak, with all the hardships such as the keep-emerging leeches,rain, wet road, darkeness, and cold river..on the day of Chinese New Year! I also have independently taken my mom to 7 countries in South Asia.
