About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Learning different views on life and trying to figure out who I am and what I want to do.
ABOUT ME
My name's Lucy and I am a marketing bachelor.
My dream is to find a perfect job that will allow me to travel around the world as much as I can.
I am very keen in learning new languages. Newest goal is to make French fluent and start learning German, Spanish and Portuguese.
Paper books and paper letters! Not that digital ones are bad and I never use technologies, paper just has more soul in it.
Vegetarian, but not aggressive about it. Also practicing yoga and trying to be eat healthy meals. By the way, I'm a pretty decent cook if it comes to something quick and simple and OK for a late-night meal, ha.
Working in a free space Ziferblat (it's a worldwide web, you should check it out! http://ziferblat.net/en/)
PHILOSOPHY
It's only awkward if you make it awkward (a friend of mine)
Happiness is only real when shared (a movie)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
My experience is not full yet: I have only been hosted but didn't get a chance to be a host myself. Someday I will get a cozy flat and try on this new role as well :) As for now, I'm always glad to meet up and show you around.
Interests
I am open-minded to all ideas and suggestions. I like to walk around or go to concerts or just hang out with friends. In summer I do lots of roofing (you can tell from my pics). If you'd like to host me I'm sure we'll have fun!

Music, Movies, and Books
Music:
- classic rock;
- hard rock;
- indie rock;
- old school hip-hop (oh yeah);
- a big fan of Radiohead!
Books: Hemingway, Salinger, Jack London. I honestly don't always have time to read as much as I wish but I have a reading list and try to read at least 4 books a month.
Movies: something kind or funny. Not a fan of horror films. Mostly love watching movies because I can eat popcorn.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Visiting Grand Canyon. That was something else. I realized how unimportant are my small problems comparing to the greatness of nature.
Teach, Learn, Share
I'm curious about everything. New languages? Yes. New food? Yes. Crazy stories about your travels? Hell yes. What can I share? Remind you of all the great beauty around us.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can tell many stories about Russia, its culture and people. I would to share my international experience and compare views on life. I am also a pretty decent cook :)
