ABOUT ME

I like Laughing till my belly aches and eyes are streaming, warming my face in the sun, working out what really makes someone tick, watercolouring, flying through head deep powder, standing at the top of a mountain on a blue bird day, hanging with a bunch of good friends, chatting to a stranger, staring into nothingness, drinking sweet mint tea, discovering colourful nooks and crannies in an unknown city, learning new languages or ways of communication, taking photos of people, thinking of where I want to travel next.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am currently travelling so have been couch surfing, But I get back to NZ soon so will be happy to meet people and return the favour of couch surfing that I have been given thus far.

Only really positive experiences, have made two life long friends in Tahoe and expect to meet more people through this fantastic site.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love reading poems from Elizabeth Barret browning, Rumi, Carol Anne Duffy and Shakespeare, books like Shantaram, great expectations, the plain tales by Rudyard Kipling and many more, love listening to all sorts of music, and favourite movie is Rain by Christine Jeffs, a Kiwi film maker.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

swimming at night with phytoplankton at the top of New Zealand, under water caving in fiji at the top of the Yasawas, rafting down the meekong in Laos, snowboarding fresh powder on Kirkwood,CA, Standing on top of the Mountains in Valdisire, France.
