ABOUT ME

We're easygoing, friendly couple who enjoy finding more out about different countires and cultures and whilst having fun along the way. After I worked as a nurse for the last three years I was ready for a change in environment from the hospital, and Paul, who works in marketing, couldn't wait to get out of the office, so we decided to take a break. This break turned into a year of travel through South America! After South America we arrived in Canada to work for a year. We're now embarking on a road trip through the USA for 3 months. We've loved our time on the road so far, and found couch surfing a fantastic way to meet people along the way!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We surfed in Argentina and had such a great experience. We were involved with the couchsurfing community in Vancouver and met some great people :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We started couch surfing when we started our travels in the Americas and discovered how friendly and inviting the people are over here. We've found couch surfing such a fantastic way to meet people and have some fun!!

Interests

Travel - I think Paul could keep travelling for ever! We love meeting new people, and exploring the way people in different countries live their lives. Music, seeing new places, cooking, hiking and exploring.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

A highlight for us both was hiking through the beautiful Torres del Paine national park in Chile, camping for five days, surrounded by the spectacular scenery, glaciers and mountains - a truly breathtaking experience.
