I've taken a massive plunge into Australia and now live in Sydney! I've decided to continue my life here to learn and to continue living this cycle of growth (which let's be real, that's all of life). I intend to make a home and to share it with all that I can! I had great fun hosting back in Detroit and it's time to do the same here! It's a phenomenal way for me to learn about Sydney as well!

For the basic LA di DA stuff, I've turned vego since being here but my partner is not so don't worry about eating meat in my home, I won't hate you.

I live in a two bedroom apartment in Marrickville with my partner who is Australian and we have the BEST apartment. It's not super swanky but it is peaceful and full of sun at ALL TIMES of the day.

If you do stay with me you may catch me doing yoga in the living room and meditating every morning.

I have to say I'm opening up my couch again with a lot of love and friendliness. I met my partner as he was my couchsurfer so time ago and I have made TREMENDOUS amounts of friends through this community and I must say, I look forward to inviting you to sydney, to a friendly place. To place that you can be at home in!

I learn about my city by hosting! I try to show the best of Sydney in the time given but also the lifestyle. Sometimes we climb water towers, sometimes we have a couple of brews around my fire pit! Lets have fun right?

Interessen

I recycle. Like clean out the honey container and reuse zip lock bags recycle. It's not seamless but damn do I try! I love rock climbing, biking, hiking. Laying on my floor for no reason in which sometimes I fall asleep. I like the peace of my home and watching movies in the park. I would much rather have a dinner with good laughs than be surrounded by sweaty people at a packed club. I go to jazz on Sunday afternoons. I am absolutely terrified to swim in the ocean alone although I am very fond of the beach, and find new beaches, and find places to camp! I will most definitely camp with you if you'd like. Also if you wanna skydive, count me in stranger! I enjoy laughing and I must admit I am a crier.. it's just the way it is!

I'm re-doing my profile because this past year I moved to australia and I cannot believe the craziness that has been my experience of moving abroad. As it has been the most insane and wild year I also see that it will really help me grow. Saying that, I wish everyone a chance to take risks with the idea that fear will be there. It's so okay to lose yourself, because with the time of doubt you have you will find a lot of strength and understanding for who you are.

As well, if you have no goals for a career, I believe understanding yourself is a very honest and great goal to have. I dropped out of school and followed a crazy dream to live abroad and again, couldn't have asked for a more wholesome challenge!

Remember to spend your days one at a time, fill them with love when you can and don't forget to practise gratitude for what you do have.
