CURRENT MISSION I want to learn French as good as possible, get to ENAC (University of Civil Aviation in Toulouse, France) while I still want to travel the world for as little money as I can. ABOUT ME I'm a 26 years old college student from Prague, Czech Republic, but currently living & studying in Toulouse, France. If I was to say what I love about life in France in one sentence, it'd be: the cidres, cheeses and/or food in general. I'm open to do everything I haven't done before and to meet new people. I love tennis, my most favorite band is U2 and I can't go too long without traveling. My most favorite countries so far are Poland, Italy and USA. I wanna visit India, Russia and Alaska really badly. My current and biggest dream is to travel on the Trans-Siberian railway from Moscow to Vladivostok and then continue to Beijing, Ulan Bator and Novosibirsk. PHILOSOPHY Don't tell me how educated you are, tell me how much you travelled.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I host and I surf. I even hosted even before I knew CS existed! My first experience was with one American tourist whom I met in Budapest while queuing at one castle. She said she needed a place to stay in Prague, I said she could stay at mine and that was it. That's where it all started.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I surfed in Belgrade, Serbia or in Brest, France and it was amazing. Very nice hosts, I will never forget their hospitality and the way they always made me feel like we've been friends for long time. I also receive people at my place - if there's time, I'll gladly show you around, grab a beer with you or go to a football game, if you'll be interested.

Intereses

I like to learn new languages, I was struggling with Bulgarian for a while, as well as Italian, German, Spanish or Russian. Now I'm studying French in Nantes, beautiful city in western France. I like to play tennis, soccer and when I get a chance I love to snowboard. I love planes and airports in general - the feeling you get when you walk into the airport knowing you're about to fly somewhere is priceless to me.
And just like any other Czech guy - I like beer.

Música, películas y libros

U2 are my all-time favourite band. I went to see them 3 times (Katowice, Frankfurt, Stockholm) and each one of the concerts was THE best show of my life. Another band that I really love is Enter Shikari from England. Other than that I like all other rock stuff such as Nirvana, RHCHP, Franz Ferdinand, Arctic Monkeys, R.E.M.and some more.

I like to read any book that involves traveling. 'Swimming to Antarctica' by Lynne Cox is an amazing book.

As for movies, you'll get me on Hangover, Internship, Youth, Slumdog Millionaire and so on. From TV shows, I like all the 'classic' - HIMYM, BBT, Castle, MASH, House of cards.

1) I was an exchange student in Atlanta, USA as a high schooler and ever since then I'm volunteering for Youth For Understanding and I simply love it.

Enseña, aprende, comparte

I can teach you little bit of Czech, of course, if that's what you're interested in. I can also give some tips about Travelhacking - finding cheap flight tickets is my daily passion. I flew from Prague to Dublin and back for $5 and got some awesome deals on flights to Canada and China too, for example.

Qué puedo ofrecer a los anfitriones

Knowledge about Prague scams - where not to go for beer/lunch so you won't get ripped off. I will also share my couch - enough for one, but if it's 2 of you, no problem with that either. We can go for a beer, to see a football game, or just have a little walk around city centre.
