Overview
About Me
I try to make people happy and make them laugh as far as possible. I love travelling and meeting people of different backgrounds.
I still have many places to be discovered!
I come from France but I live in Montreal. I work in fashion design. I know it's something superficial and it bother me sometimes not doing something usefull for people or environment. I am often wondering about that but I love create and like the challenge to draw it and succed to realise it for real. So I want to find the fashion's aspect closest from my convictions. That's why I work for the local industry where clothes are made in the same country that there are created. And where clothes are made by people who aren't exploited and who have a decent wage.
I'm also really interested by eco design.

Music, Movies, and Books
I like a lot of different musics and I really appreciate discovering new musicians and bands. ( Tom Waits, Pink Floyd, The Doors, Leonard Cohen, The Rolling stones, The Beatles, Louis Armstrong, Simon and Garfunkel, Ray Charles, Stevie Wonder, Bill Withers, David Bowie, Charlie Winston, Sixto Rodríguez, Sufjan Stevens, Fleetwood Mac, Cascadeur, Stevie Wonder, Jacques Brel, Cocoon, Dionysos, Téléphone, Sinsemilia, Tryo, Caravan Palace, Cocorosie, Louise Attaque, Elvis Presley, The Police, Mano Negra, Manu Chao, The Offspring, Nofx, System of a down... And so many others...)
For the movies, " Eternal sunshine of the spotlessmind" is one of my favourites. I also really liked "La vita e bella", "La tigre e la neve", " Medianeras".
And if I had to choose a french movie, it would be " Le premier jour du reste de ta vie".
I also Really like the atmosphere of Tim Burton's movies. (I guess my favourites are "Edward Scissorhands"
and "Big fish "(because I love stories).
And for the books I like different styles. "To Kill a Mockingbird" by Harper Lee, "L'écume des jours" de Boris Vian and one of my favourite for the moment is "Maintenant qu'il fait tout le temps nuit sur toi" by Mathias Malzieu. But once again I like discovering new things!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
When I was 19 I went for two month in Montreal for an internship in Eco fashion. Learning a way to create new clothes with old clothes. It was interesting to discover that you can also have "good" sides in fashion, trying to be usefull for the environment. Actually it's probably not a super thing but it was a special experience for me. I met wonderful people and since this time I kept Montreal in my mind and it's the city where I live now.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you the basics steps of swing dance, how to sew something, some vegetarian recipes, how to make a cupcake costume... Ask me what you want to know and maybe I can help... If not, I can make you muffins to get you to forgive me!
I believe that we can learn from everyone. From every situations, every success and mistakes... So I guess it's a good start! (I would love to learn others dances like rockabilly jive or blues, a new recipe, or improve my English or Spanish.)
What I Can Share with Hosts
A big smile, a good (at least I hope) vegetarian meal, repair tears or holes in clothing or accesories when it's possible...
