My big passion is the human body. I believe that the body is our best and most undervalued friend. Our body takes on the burden if all our soul and heart traumas and pains so that we can keep going. Through the body we can go back to those deepest wounds of our heart, and through the body we can heal them. I use Osho Rebalancing (a combination of deep tissue massage, breathing and meditation) as my main instrument in healing myself and others.

I live learning new things, if there is a new dance style or a new music instrument to learn, I will always give it a try.
