About Me
(Will be in Osaka, Japan, from August 22 to August 30)
I'm a 30 years old programmer living in Montreal. I grew up in a smaller town nearby and moved to the city to attend university.
When traveling, I like to visit grocery stores, they are so interesting to explore. The food available overseas truly give the best insight into a nation's culture. It is therefore a bit sad that I am not a very good cook myself.
Recommend me unusual activities that deviate from the beaten track. I make a point never to turn down an original experience.
I am a nonsmoker.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
When I visited Germany, I had the opportunity to go down the Alps in sledge. The descent lasted almost 30 minutes without interruption. Never had I experienced before such a descent, the landscape was incredible, the terrain was terrifyingly dangerous and it was definitely worth it.
Otherwise, I once visited an anechoic chamber. This kind of place is absolutely mystifying: inside we hear no echo and the sounds are therefore dramatically shortened. These rooms are said to make people so uncomfortable that it is difficult to stay there for an extended period of time.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can help practice English and French as I do speak both fluently.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I wish to share with my hosts snacks, conversation about culture and good souvenirs.
And if someone visits me in Montreal, I'll gladly show that person around and have a meal with him/her.
