Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Trying to find a way to wake up without the feeling of being glued to my bed every morning.
ABOUT ME
Just an easygoing, openminded, recently graduated graphic designer/illustrator with a love for books, hot tea on winterdays, and lazy sundays on my couch. The combination of those three is especially heavenly!
I'm generally easy to talk to, and love listening to interesting, strange and funny stories. I am also trying to improve my english a bit. My writing's fine (I think), but my speech needs improvement. ;)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
None at all, unfortunately! I'd like to change that someday though. It seems like the perfect way to meet new people and learn about different countries and cultures.
Interests
In my spare time I mostly enjoy reading, but if I feel a little creative I might pick up a pencil and start drawing.
Since I live in a coastal town, I love going to the beach when it's summer. I am generally not a fan of heat, so I guess I'm lucky I get to soak and cool off in the sea so easily!

Music, Movies, and Books
Sometimes I fancy myself having decent taste in music. Then I catch myself singing along to Miley Cyrus. I think it's safe to say that I enjoy just about anything, and do not dislike any particular genre.
I mostly enjoy anything in the fantasy genre. Lord of the Rings is among my favorites, but I also greatly enjoy the Realm of the Elderlings series by Robin Hobb and a Song of Ice and Fire by George R.R. Martin. (Who, I think, can learn a great many things from Robin Hobb, not in the least in the matters of actually finishing a book... Though of course that is my frustration speaking, and I am very aware that each writer has his own pace of writing.)
I enjoy a lot of movies, and I am not one to immediately brand a movie as "bad" if it is not intellectually challenging or lacking a original storyline with 300 plottwists. (not to say that I dislike movies that do)
Countries I’ve Visited
Belgium, England, France, Germany, Italy, Portugal, Spain
