About Me

When I was younger, I didn't have this intricate travelling spirit, but as I grew up and after living in two different cities outside my country, I decided to give me a shot of being more adventurous. I lived 4 weeks in Montréal learning French and 6 months in Los Angeles doing an academic exchange at UCLA.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I consider couchsurfing a tremendous idea to share experiences and help/meet new people to continue their dreams of travelling aroung or just visiting one city.

Interests

I like sports, especially soccer and football. I like any type of alcoholic beverages, but beer captures my soul. I love reading poetry and literature; my favorite writer is Albert Camus.
I like showing around my current city to people.

Music, Movies, and Books

I don't have a specific type of music that I like, I just listen to one song and if I like it I add it to my repertoire.
I like reading Albert Camus, José Saramago, Charles Dickens.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've lived in two different cities outside Mexico. Three times in Montréal, I couldn't get back to my place because I lost the last subway back, the first time I stayed in a park and was freezing, the second time I bought a coffe at Second Cup and slept there for about 3 hours, then the waiter told me to leave the café or he would called the police (hahahaha), and the last time, I was in downtown Montréal, so I stayed at a McDonalds (Fortunately it was 24/7).
I learnt a lot with this experiences. I realized nothing happens if you don't sleep at home once (three times in my experience).

Teach, Learn, Share

I love speaking French. If I were to choose only one langauge to speak, I would choose French.
I like helping people with their English and Spanish.
I share my food with everybody and also my time.

What I Can Share with Hosts

If you are coming to the city I'm currently living, I will offer you at least the floor of my house and some blankets, but I'll try to get a host room in the future. Anybody can be hosted by me!
