À propos de moi

CURRENT MISSION

To travel the world!

ABOUT ME

I am a college student from Guatemala, but I am currently studying in Arkansas, USA. Before I finish my college education, I want to travel within the US as much as I can!

PHILOSOPHY

"When one door closes, another opens; but we often look so long and so regretfully upon the closed door that we do not see the one that has opened for us." Alexander Graham Bell

Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I would like to surf during school breaks while I am studying in the USA. And I would love to host people when I get back to Guatemala, too.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far, I have only surfed twice (Toronto and Chicago), but I can honestly say that I really like being part of this community, and I hope to be able to surf more pretty soon :)

Centres d'intérêt

I like traveling (of course), but I also like to learn as much as I can about different cultures and languages. Right now, I am learning Italian! Plus, I like having a good time with friends.

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

Watching the Niagara Falls when they were partly frozen!
I spent NYE 2015 in Times Square, so I could finally cross that off of my bucket list (It took me three NYEs to do so, the third time's the charm, I guess)

Enseignez, apprenez, partagez

Since Spanish is my native language, I can teach you some Spanish!

Ce que j'aimerais partager avec mes hôtes

I could show you around, even though there is not much to do in Clarksville, since it is pretty much just a college town. However, during summer, I go to my home country, Guatemala. I live in Chiquimula, which is about 3 hrs away from the capital city and 45 min away from both the Honduran and Salvadorian border. We can share travel experiences and a cup of Guatemalan coffee whether in Clarksville or in Chiquimula.

Pays que j'ai visités
