Overview
About Me
I am a peaceful, talkative person (in a good way) who likes to know about many topics and especially details that you can't easy find if you haven't had a first hand experience.
I truly believe that Earth is too big for just being interested in a few squares of land that are surrounding your house, so I have a special admiration for those who decide to take their bag and discover the world.
In that way I love having fun sharing new experiences with people all around the world, knowing new cultures, showing my colombian culture and of course letting them know that Colombia is a country with wide open doors.
As a philosophy , I keep trusting in the altruism, where people can offer as much they can and in the same way the universe will return this to you without any doubt. Only be patient and optimistic.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I would like to take benefit from the different places around the world , thus with people that can offer a good conversation sharing stories. Music, food, places... Manners.
Interests
I am interested in knowing new places and cultures by first hand, the idea is not only meeting a place (for that I could pay a tour) I talk about the whole complete package: Place, Culture, Society and Manners of the citizens (no matter if their local or foreigners, both you have stories to tell)
Music, Movies, and Books
Rock, Reggae, Alternative music. Anything that sounds good to my ear.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Trekking through the jungle for 4 days to meet "The Lost city", I think is the most amazing till now.
Teach, Learn, Share
I'd be available to share all my knowledge about English, Spanish and if it's necessary my engineering too.
Besides I know how to dance typical rythms from Latin America (Salsa, cumbia and Champeta), never is enough to have personalized classes.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Good talk, practicing any language, recommendation about places I've been and cultural topics too, classes of any engineer field, dance classes... And everything I could handle, my theory is: 'If I don't know, it's a new source to learn from'
Countries I’ve Visited
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Ecuador, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Morocco, Slovakia, Spain, Switzerland, Turkey
Countries I’ve Lived In
