Nací y viví en la ciudad de la habana, en el mismo centro. Durante años ejercí mi oficio favorito la venta y compra de libros usados. Hace 12 años que por motivos familiares vivo en playa Baracoa. Un pequeño pueblo playero en las afueras de la ciudad.

Recientemente comencé a alquilar un pequeño apartamento independiente. Que forma parte de mi propiedad.La playa es buena.para snorqueling, y un lugar de la Cuba real.

Aquí vivió mi padre, un conocido periodista y escritor llamado Mongo P, autor de libros sobre costumbrismos y fundador de la famosa bodeguita del medio.

Sinceramente amo el espíritu de couchsurfing, pero en cuba las leyes de inmigración solo permiten tener turistas en la casa si estos pagan por el arrendamiento, y si yo pago una licencia. Por lo que el mínimo por noche creíble que son (10Cuc).
Para muchos de ustedes está muy mal esto, pero si comparan el precio de mi apartamento con el de un hotel que normalmente cuesta más de 100cuc la noche pues entenderían que tan buena opción es.

Es una muy buena oportunidad para los que desean estar con la máxima privacidad posible viviendo en una casa cubana y al mismo tiempo disfrutar de una experiencia de cauchsurfing .

Te ofrecemos un pequeño apartamento, totalmente independiente. Con una habitación, un baño, una cocina, una sala y un área de parqueo no techada. La habitación cuenta con aire acondicionado, dos camas personales, (que pueden unirse), refrigerador y ventilador.

Vivimos en playa Baracoa, a pocos kilómetros del centro de la Habana. Cerca de la Marina Hemingway.El apartamento está ubicado en un bonito y pequeño pueblo costero, aproximadamente a 200 metros de una de las playas. Las playas del oeste permanecen semivacías la mayor parte del año excepto los meses de vacaciones (junio,julio y agosto)

En el pueblo hay muchos restaurantes y cafeterías con precios mucho mejores que en la ciudad. Puedes transportarte fácilmente en los llamados bicitaxis.Los turistas no se sienten acosados como en la ciudad y lo aprecian mucho. Por eso y por lo módico de los precios muchas personas que buscan tranquilidad y evitar gastos excecivos se han sentido a gusto.

Podemos ofrecerte excelentes desayunos, con café leche, jugos naturales, frutas además de embutidos y jamones hechos en nuestra propia casa en muy buen precio.Solo 3 Cuc por persona.

We live in Baracoa beach, a few kilometers from the center of Havana. The western beaches remain semi-empty most of the year except the months of holidays (June, July and August)

In the town there are many restaurants and cafes with much better prices than in the city. You can easily transport yourself in so-called pedicabs. Tourists do not feel harassed as in the city and they appreciate it very much. For that reason and for the modest price many people who seek tranquility and avoid excess expenses have felt at ease.

We can offer you excellent breakfasts, with milk coffee, natural juices, fruits as well as sausages and hams made in our own house at a very good price. Only 3 Cuc per person.8

What I Can Share with Hosts

Playa Baracoa is a pretty beach town. The beaches are very near the apartment. There are many cafes and restaurants, young of many countries since the school international of medicine is very close. It is generally a quiet town of easy communication with the city, good for enjoy the beach, rest, water sports, walking, jogging etc. The beaches of Baracoa are filled in the holiday season, which in cuba are from July to August, but the rest of the year is future. What makes them better to my personal taste. Also in the vicinity there are other beaches where I enjoy almost absolute solitude, with beautiful landscapes and incredible sunsets. In this sort of synthesis between Beach and city, you can see something of the real cuba. All them breakfast are free and of quality, include coffee Cuban, milk fruit fresh, juices, natural, salads, bread butter, eggs and it best that are the hams, sausages, beacon, burgers made by us of way craft and of excellent quality. The apartment consists of bedroom with a Queen size bed, or two personal choice. Air conditioning, also a kitchen a bathroom with water hot and cold, a room with refrigerator, and a small parking area not covered. All this with independent output because the apartment is next to my house.

Playa Baracoa es un bonito pueblo playero. Las playas están muy cerca del apartamento. Hay muchas cafeterías y restaurantes, jóvenes de muchos países pues la escuela internacional de medicina está muy cerca. Es por lo general un pueblo tranquilo de fácil comunicación con la ciudad, bueno para disfrutar la playa, descansar, practicar deportes náuticos, caminar, correr ETC. Las playas de Baracoa se llenan en la temporada de vacaciones, que en cuba son de julio a agosto, pero el resto del año está semivacías. Lo que las hace mejor a mi gusto personal. También en las cercanías hay otras playas en las que disfruto de una soledad casi absoluta, con paisajes hermosos e increíbles atardeceres. En esta especie de síntesis entre campo playa y ciudad, podrás conocer algo de la cuba real. Todos los desayunos son gratuitos y de calidad, incluyen café cubano, leche frutas frescas, jugos, naturales, ensaladas, pan mantequilla, huevos y lo mejor que son los jamones, embutidos, beacon, hamburguesas hechas por nosotros de manera artesanal y de excelente calidad. El apartamento está formado por dormitorio, con una cama matrimonial, o dos personales a su elección. Aire acondicionado, además una cocina un baño con agua fría y caliente, una sala con refrigerador, y una pequeña área de parqueo no techada. Todo esto con salida independiente pues el apartamento está al lado de mi casa.
