Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I don't remember how I came to find out about Couchsurfing but I'm glad I did. My first time couchsurfing was in Hawaii and we got to meet several wonderful locals who took the time to show us around the island and let us stay in their home. It was the first time I had experienced such kindness from a stranger and it was truly inspirational. I've told many friends about my experience, but I hope to be able to start hosting people myself soon and fill my home with stories of people from all over the world.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I got to hike up Mt. Fuji in Japan. We started in the late evening and hiked overnight to catch the sunrise from the peak. It was freezing cold up there and we were woefully unprepared but it was still a blast and something I will never forget.
