Overview
About Me
I’m an easy going guy who likes to make friends and have fun. I’m a party loving. I have never got married and I do not have kids (yet, hopefully one day soon). I was born in Mexico City but my parents moved to beautiful La Paz, Baja California Sur, when I was 4 years old, so basically I’m a “Paceño” (gentilic of those born in La Paz). I lived 5 years in Hermosillo, Sonora, México, where I went to college.
I have the privilege to have a lot of friends (real ones, not just social media friends) and I really like visiting them and playing with their sons and daughters. In Mexico is very common to have a nickname and since day one of Junior high school I was called “Topo” (Mole), so lots of my friends call me like that… During Junior High and High Scholl, it became so usual to be called “Topo”, that even my mom started calling me that way and she still does nowadays. JA!
I’m straight, love beer, wine, cooking, chatting, laughing and swimming, I have three tatoos (more to come) and two earings in my left ear since I was 13 years old. I have a few freelance jobs, but the main one is as journalist, website administrator, spokesman and announcer in the local off road racing championships in Baja (cars, trucks, dirt bikes and ATV’s), which is a very popular sport/hobby here, I’ve done that for almost 14 years now.
In Mexico I have visited at least half of the states/provinces of my country, finding amazing places and people. I have been as well in Calgary, Canada; California, Nevada and Arizona, US; Argentina, Bolivia and Chile.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I’m couchsurfing because I will make the trip of my life from September 2nd to 23rd (2017) in Europe, I’ve always wanted to visit “The Old Continent” and finally I’m going to make it. I’ll be visiting Barcelona, London, Berlin, Paris, Brussels, Amsterdam and Madrid. It is a short trip, but I want to take as much as possible from it.

I’ve always said that a place might be incredible itself, but I strongly believe that, what it makes really great each place, is the people who lives there, and accordingly to that, I want to meet as much people as possible and make friends around Europe.
