About Me

While I am very fortunate to have a healthy and happy life; I am currently seeking a few thrills. I am newly married and am lucky enough to have found someone that shares very similar interest to me.

My wife and I have decided to take a break from work in order to explore as much of South America as we can in a 2-3 month period. The plan is to start in Santiago, Chile (arrival date is Jan 25, 2017,) move over to Argentina and kind of see where else we can go from there. The time that we have allowed ourselves will probably not be enough to do all that we hope to do but we hope to make the best of it.

We hope to be able to rely on the Couchsurfing community in order to be able to maximize our experience. We will gladly appreciate being able to spend a few nights on your couch but even if that is not a possibility we are hopeful to be able to meet many different people. Usually locals are the best when it comes to giving recommendations and we can't wait to learn about the tips and recommendations you all can provide.

Let's connect!

Music, Movies, and Books

I like Spanish Rock/Pop, Rancheras/Mariachi and EDM. I have enjoyed a few novels by Gabriel Garcia Marquez. I have not read a good book recently so please feel free to provide some recommendations!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I managed to keep my sanity after growing up with 7 sisters and no brothers... Jokes aside, they were great and I am lucky to have them!

I've ran a few marathons and completing them have given me a very rewarding feeling every single time.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I am somewhat shy and quiet but it is only because I am a great listener! If you want to share a story I will gladly be your audience. I can also try to help you learn English or Spanish.
