About Me

I am extremely simple and unexpected: I'm a "non-ordinary gentleman" and a "really cool buddy", with a classy-elegant way of being. Don't worry about reading my whole profile, you don't have to (instead you can directly go to the "What I Can Share With Hosts" section and done).

You also don't have to try to get my attention by "playing the funny" or fulfill-/ing a testament of "how to be accepted on CS -with an extra link on it-", bullshit: I just expect from you to be respectful and authentic. If you can deal with that, that's it, let's meet and share.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am anxious getting to know new people and discover something nice from everyone of you: get real friends everywhere, friendship from a stranger... I don't think it's about making the world smaller, but it definitely gives you the chance to have real contact to the real world: a dirty-urban-real-life perspective of "the" places, meanwhile harvesting tolerance and trust, so...

NOTE 1: unfortunately I'm not lucky enough to and don't have too much CS's experience, as also don't have beautiful pics and a fancy profile, and thousands of CS's friends, neither thousands of recommendations (...) and whatever. So I don't expect you to have any: I think this stuff it's the perfect place to shut down preconceptions. So please: just be yourself, and polite, and respectful. That's exactly what I can better offer back (that doesn't mean I'm boring... really?!).

NOTE 2: For time reasons (work) it's difficult for me to answer immediately, so please, my apologies if I don't do it or do it late. For the same reasons I'm always booking at last minute, so apologize me if I'm writing you two days in advance and beg you for a last minute shot.

At the end, I really hope to get to know lots of you, share some drinks and build up long lasting memories and good fellas!

Interests

Painting (fine art? mixed? something new?), music, the creative process, innovation &/in arts, get to know a lot of people and dreaming.

An interesting talk and different perspectives with debate: honesty, criticism and palpable feedback are every time welcome.

And mostly the building up of new experiences, the joy of life... and everything with a bit of happiness on it.

Music, Movies, and Books

Trip-Hop! ... but I do have a big collection, so we can listen to Blues, Rock, Metal, House, Indie, Thrash, Soul... let's check what's there or please just suggest something new (particularly if you know ANYTHING that sounds like this deep dark blues from Gil Scott Heron: "Me and the Devil", I need more of something like that!).

Movies: Stay, Drive, Biutiful, Big Blue, Perfumo di donna, Memento, Once.

Some of the literature I'll love to learn from you: Kafka, Rilke, Miguel A. Asturias, Héctor Gaytán, Rubén Darío, Márquez, Sabato, Cervantes, Victor Hugo.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Every day and the simplest moments.

When a masterpiece is finished.

Dreaming alive and watching a wish coming true.

Watching the most beautiful girl laugh.

Teach, Learn, Share

Whatever spontaneously, whatever real and for sure a couple of dreams with a bit of "Imagination Syrup".

(It will be great if you can teach me something about photography, artistic techniques, art history and current tendencies, introduce to new friends, new food... just as examples)

What I Can Share with Hosts

I think at this point you already got an idea of what to expect from me. If you didn't go through the whole profile, no big deal: respect, politeness and authenticity are barely enough and obligated.

... bring your own towels and personal stuff.
