About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Get as many stamps on my passport as possible

ABOUT ME

Love reading, traveling and trying new things. I've eaten worms, climbed mountains, jumped off airplanes, visited ~20 countries... and have time and energy for more ;)
I have been living in Germany since oct 2011, I spent the summer of 2008 in Poland, and the rest of my life in that little island of beautiful landscapes, great food and confusion that is Ecuador. I'm always down to see new places and convince people to visit my home country, the convincing process contains dreadful means, such as showing people photos and sometimes even cooking for them.
I am a physicist, currently PhD student. I have tons of friends scattered around the world, so I love always having an excuse to get to a new country.

PHILOSOPHY

Liberal half of the time, conservative the other half. Philosophy and politics are my favorite fighting topics.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I learned about couchsurfing a few years ago. I live in a big student house with 12 other people. My roomates have hosted dozens of surfers here. I had the chance to spend a few days in Hamburg last summer and that was my first couchsurfing experience, but I am eager to resume traveling now that I am done with my masters and have more time to travel.

Interests

Play guitar, read a lot, watch good films. I would like to live in a place with mountains you can climb!

Music, Movies, and Books

I like the classics: classical novels, classic rock, classical music. Still open minded and willing to exchange reading tips.
I have discovered how much I enjoy the japanese literature, it is easy to read and yet the stories they come up with are just breathtaking.
I am an amateur musician and listen to music all day long (jazz, rock, latin, classical, you name it...).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Learning german, that's about it.

Oh yeah, and visited Galapagos!

Countries I’ve Visited

Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador, Germany, Netherlands, Peru, Spain, Switzerland

Countries I’ve Lived In

Australia, Ecuador, Germany, Japan
