I am a teacher at the university and really like philosophy, politics and good company to drink beer while we talk about these subjects. I have also a nerdy side which can lead to conversations about video games and free software. Despite that I promise I am not boring at all and some people even consider me a good company, rs.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am on couchsurfing specially because I have met some pretty nice people from Goiânia CS (capital of a west-center state of Brazil). I have known CS for a while, but for some reason I have never subscribed myself. And, now, here I am!

I hate to talk about favorites. I think for each period in life we have our favorites of the moment. Besides that, I really have a hard time to think about how to classify first things that I really like. But, let's try:
Books: Death with Interruptions by José Saramago, The shining by Stephen King, First as tragedy, then as farce by Slavoj Zizek, etc
Movies: The shining (Stanley Kubrick), Mary and Max (Adam Elliot), Gremlins (Joe Dante), Loki - Arnaldo Baptista (Paulo Henrique Fontenelle), etc
