About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Enjoy my last months of Mexico City before going back for probably quite a while to Berlin
ABOUT ME
As a child I grew up in the Dominican Republic and was carried along to Mexico when I was 12, just in time to get used to the tequila (unfortunately I started to young and got quite disappointed, since then there is no way to get back to drinking it). I´ve now lived in Germany for the past 9 years. At the moment I am doing my masters degree in Berlin, and now an internship in Mexico City inbetween, but I´m not certain where the road or more precisely the next job is taking me after that. Probably Germany for an other few years, and then who knows.
My life has been a whole moving around. People tend to say, this can't be good for the poor child. I don´t think this is always true. I'm really thankfull that my parents gave me the opportunity to learn so many ways of living. I have enjoyed each very much and I hope that there are a few yet to come.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I hosted a few people back in Mexico a few years ago and hope to keep hosting when I finally find a fix place to live in Berlin
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I travelled around Spain and Portugal 5 years ago and was hosted by amazing people. In Rio I was very thankful for a guy who hosted me last minute and eventhough he had no time and he already had his family staying at his place at that moment he took the time to help me out with a few things

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I once traveled for half a year through Latinamerica with a friend. It all went amazingly well, spontanous and very relaxed until my whole backpack with everything I had, got stolen. I still had 3 months to go. After one whole day of intense suffering I decided to enjoy life again and be happy about not having to carry so much weight on my back. At this moment I learned that anything can happen whilst traveling, the important thing is to take it easy, just come to terms with it and keep enjoying to be on the road
Teach, Learn, Share
I am very eager to learn some basic skills on the guitar, I just never find the time and the guitar.
To people which might be interested I can teach mexican street lenguage (including a lot of swear words) and not just the basic stuff
What I Can Share with Hosts
I enjoy cooking for other people very much, I wouldn´t say I am a brilliant cook, but I´m not too bad either. I like to be helpful with the housekeeping and I just love having conversations
