Overview
About Me
I am an Italian student currently studying at Trinity College Dublin. I am really chatty and sociable, but also respectful and clean. I am still young and a little party never killed anyone, but also a monopoly battle can turn out to be fun. I like to know everyone's stories because it's a different way of knowledge, that you cannot take out from a book, even if I love them.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
As the end of our exchange, I and some other friends decided to do an interrail most around the Scandinavian countries (except Finland), which none of us has ever visited. So we decided that in big cities, where a tent and the spirit of adventure aren't enough, we would like to have someone to show us around and to put a roof over our heads.
Interests
I play the flute since I am eight years old, but now I don't attend anymore regular lessons, due to the exchange. I also enjoy practice the languages I know, or I am trying to learn, but also try to understand totally unknown languages turned out to be a lot of fun (such as Spanish who is near to my mother tongue). I also practiced a lot of different sports, I have to say that I am not the best in anyone, but I still enjoy exercise.

Music, Movies, and Books
Thanks to the flute, and the long hours of theory of the music, I think I am able to appreciate very different kind of music, but my favourite remain jazz and old-school Italian authors. I am very fond of movies, and I write down everyone's title (as the books), and I love to discuss about them. My favourite book is Fahrenheit 451 by Ray Bradbury, and I think that instead of a favourite gender I have a favourite "type": classics, if they are really old edition it's even better. That's why used books flea markets are heaven for me.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I have been to Kenya without my parents when I was fifteen for one month. I was with a group of sixteen kids around my age and two teachers. The main reason for the trip was practice my English in a local girls' school, but I had also the opportunity of doing voluntary work in a primary school established for kids from one of the biggest slum in Nairobi (and of the world): Kibera. I have also "sacrificed" one of my luggage to bring old clothes and school material to a little village in central Kenya.
Teach, Learn, Share
I am trying to accept everyone on my way as a teacher and as a part of my journey, I will be really happy to listen, discuss, argue and laugh together. I am always wondering around with my camera and definitely too much photos on my sd card.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I think that make someone laugh is one of the best achievements that you can reach in your life.
