Hi guys, I am 18 years old and from Germany. I have just finished school and I am doing a voluntary/gap year at a school in Townsville at the moment. I do outdoor education, so I am off on camps with different year levels most of the time.
I am open minded and easy going. I love the outdoors, doing sports, meeting people and just having fun.

I love travelling and I want to see as much as possible while I am in Australia. And while it doesn't hurt to have a place to stay for the night, I also want to meet knew people and get to know their culture and attitude. Staying with locals is for sure the best way to get to know a place compared to staying in a hostel. And that's what I would like to experience.

I have done couchsurfing once so far and it was a great experience. I learned some more fair dinkum aussie slang and had so much fun.
I would love to repeat this experience in the next holidays.
