About Me

I'm a friendly, open-minded and outgoing person who loves visiting new places and cultures, meeting new and interesting people and learning languages. I equally enjoy spending time in groups but also spending time on my own.

I'm student of International Business in the third year and will hopefully finish next summer, although I'm still not convinced that it was the right study choice for me. Nevertheless, I'm also grateful because that made my exchange semester in Alta, Norway possible. I was introduced to the Norwegian Friluftsliv and it made me enjoy life and especially life out in the nature so much more. Going abroad is always a great experience, but this last half year was so special and perfect. I'm looking forward to travel through Norway for the following weeks and meet nice Norwegian hosts.

Once more I learned that my motto could be "sharing is caring". :-)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

More and more friends tell me about wonderful experiences they've made in different places thanks to their great CS hosts who can show and tell you so much more about the place than any boring hotel guide or flyer could ever give you.
I'm looking forward to make those experiences as well! In general, I like the concept of Couchsurfing a lot as I think that people should share a lot more, let it be memories, food or also couches.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Doing the 5-day W Trek in the Torres del Paine National Park in Chile with my dad was one of the nicest weeks of my life. Patagonia is so incredibly beautiful!
Also jumping from a 10 metres cliff in Cambodia with my younger sister was very liberating.
And of course, here in Norway I've made so many incredible memories with skiing and northern lights and the midnight sun, but one of my favourite things was building a snow cave for six hours and then having such a relaxing night in it eventually.
