About Me

I'm a very relaxed person. I believe that stay in peace with oneself is the basic stone to try to be OK with the rest of the people.

From time to time I like posting photos in instagram luisenriquemx

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I liked the idea to host people and have the chance to meet them. Meeting new people for different backgrounds is interesting and helps me to see the world with someone else's eyes.

Interests

I love travelling. I try to do as much as I can. I love beach. I like to go to Tulum anytime I can. There is nothing best that relax after swimming in Tulum's beach. I really like to do Yoga's Meditation. It helps me be less neurotic that I was Yesterday. Yogui Bhajan said you are not here to learn to be spiritual; spiritual you already are; you are here to learn to be human.

I like a lot soccer. I don't watch it a lot; except for UEFA Championship & FIFA Worldcup. If you want to invite me to see a soccer game I will say yes, I pay for the beers :)

Music, Movies, and Books

I like Paulo Cohelo's books, specially The Alchemist. I like to hear spotify because I don't need to worry about getting music, just click random and the magic is done.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Try to learn an ancient healing technique related to Kundalini Yoga. Its name is Sat Nam Rasayan. It has been a great experience.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm more than glad to share what I have learn about Yoga.
