Starting a new life at United Kingdom to study my PhD at Software Engineering (Self Adaptive Systems), I believe each person is looking for the meaning of happiness and there is no right answer, only to follow our dreams, to be persistent and optimistic, to be grateful, to have clear goals and balance in life, to try to make a different. The sky is the limit!

I'm a person with a good sense of humor and experience as a lecturer in several universities, currently studying a PhD in Self Adaptive Systems. I also love to travel and I have had great experiences in Peru (my native country, where Machu Picchu in Cusco, and Lima the capital are not only the beautiful places to go). I have also visited Cuba for some seasons; it is a beautiful country. Sao Paulo and Rio de Janeiro in Brasil were also beautiful cities where I made excellent friends. Visiting Carnegie Mellon University (Pittsburgh,USA) and Silicon Valley (California,USA) allowed me to reinforce my background not only in IT but also in entrepreneurship, creativity and innovation. All these experiences have been for me a great opportunity for learning and meeting people from different economic, political and social conditions, this tough me to be more tolerant, respectful, and to love the diversity that enrich our lives. Currently I'm in China (Beijing), presenting a research paper at an International Conference and exploring this amazing country. I hope to have the opportunity for sharing all my background related to Software Engineering and Software project Management, but of course, my personal experiences and hobbies as well :). I enjoy cooking (at least I try and Peruvian Food in special) visiting restaurants, practicing hiking and swimming, teaching about creativity, innovation and agile software teams. I also love history, to have great talks and to make new friends all over the world. It will be an honor and a pleasure for me to make new ones here.
