I am originally from Lima-Peru, I love travelling, meeting new people, learning about different cultures and visiting new places, I think there is no better way to enrich one's life than travelling, especially if you get the chance of exploring new places with local people.

I am a former Hydraulic engineer, now I am Licensed Massage Therapist working in Manhattan. I have moved quite a bit since I graduated from college the first time, I have lived in Lima, Stockholm, Nairobi, Lima (again), Los Angeles, New York, New Jersey... ,more to come I hope.

I started using Couchsurfing when I was living in Nairobi-Kenya back then I was able to host, and had amazing guest staying with me. I also had great hosts when I was travelling in Europe. Now I live in North Jersey very close to New York City (I commute there every day) I can occasionally host, and I am always up to meet new people and help them out if I can.

I am gay so LGBTQ+ surfers feel free to ask me all those things that you want to know but don't appear in the travel guide... I am a boring gay but if I don't know the answer I'll try to find out... I have friends ;)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I can't think of a better way of really enjoying and exploring a new city than doing it with locals, and meeting new like-minded people, making connections, and helping each other out is always the cherry on top of the trip for me.

Music, Movies, and Books

I don't listen to any particular kind of music... most of the time I prefer soft music, chill out, lounge, that kind of stuff... but depends on my mood I guess...
I love horror movies and comedies too
Books... any kind but they have to trap me in the first 20 pages... although I'm currently reading anything in English just to improve my skills.
