Overview
About Me
My name is Luis - I was born and raised in Vienna, Austria.
Having received my high school diploma in June 2018, I moved to Tel Aviv to work as a volunteer at a library for Holocaust studies for 10 months. This year in Israel has truly had a big impact on how I travel and how I encounter different cultures and people.
Then, I decided to postpone my studies of political science in the UK in order to work on different jobs and travel. I truly find it utterly important to see and experience as many different things as possible - that's why I decided to take on a job as a garbagemen for two months and continued to work in a homeless shelter in November & December. On the 17th of January I will embark on my journey to South America - starting in Santiago de Chile.
I can be overly excited and very curious about politics, photography, food and interesting people.

Music, Movies, and Books
Quite frankly, I believe that it's hard to agree on one favourite film, book or musician. However, I'll try my best to narrow down my all time favourites. Speaking of movies I think that I have to go with Fahrenheit 451 by Francois Truffaut. I really fell in love with Murakami's books and his style of telling a fantastic story. Music-wise I'm always in the mood for Gorillaz, Tame Impala or some old Viennese, Austropop-Pioneers like Georg Danzer.
What I Can Share with Hosts
