About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Always looking for something new to learn.

ABOUT ME

I´m a good tempered person, always looking for new things to do and to learn. I really enjoy myself meeting new people from everywhere, knowing new cultures and ways of living.
I spend my free time in bodyboarding in our awesome beaches, practicing crossfit, hiking the great mountain roads we have, cycling and of course, hanging out with my friends.
Also I love reading; books are my passion. And I´m a big fan of music of every kind (well, not all hahahaha) and I like a lot going to live music shows because music makes me fell allright.

PHILOSOPHY

No Flags, No Frontiers

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I would like to receive everyone who come to my city or near. I can show you all the highlights of the town, where you can eat, drink and have fun. Also I can show you all the surroundings of my places: both A Coruña, which is my hometown and Santiago de Compostela, which is my city of adoption.

Interests

My main interests are:

- Nature Sports: Bodyboarding and hiking mainly.
- Reading: Books are my life.
- Music: I love listen to music and of course attending to live shows.
- Crossfit.
- Travelling: There is so many places and cultures to discover and so little time...
- Hanging Out: I really enjoy hanging out with my friends

Music, Movies, and Books

I love terror and sci-fi movies, but I´m always eager to be learned in new ways of cinema.
In music I listen to any kind of styles, even my favourites are Southern Rock, Punk, Hardcore and Death Metal. I really enjoy live shows, they charge my batteries.
And if we talk about books, well I could read anything that gets in my hands. I love reading any genre... And everyday I discover a new book that amuses me.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I´ve travelled not so much in my life but these are some things that I have really enjoyed in my trips:

- Killarney and its beautiful natural surroundings.
- The beach in Brighton where the final fight in Quadrophenia was shot.
- The Isle of Wight in South Britain.
- London. I´m totally in love with the whole city.
- France. Paris and Dijon.
- Italy. Rome is like a history tale. Amazing.
- Bosnia. Its wild forests, the greatness of Sarajevo and its amazing inhabitants.
- Sardinia. Incredible beaches and beautiful landscapes.
- Marrakech. So funny zocos, haggling with the locals.
- Essaouira.
- Berlin. A top city in the world
- Seoul. Amazing big city. Great food and lovely ajummas.
- Tokyo. Crazy big city, love my time there. Visiting Akihabara, Shibuya and all those great places the city have. Oh, Soba noodles, would I taste you again? I can not wait to come back.
- Kyoto. Its geishas´ neighbourhood is just outstanding. And nothing is more beautiful than its gorgeous temples. Kinkaju-ji or Golden Temple is just amazing.
- Nara. Tamed deers which are not afraid just bored on humans. Then walk to the biggest wooden temple in the world: Todai-ji. It took my breath away. Beautiful is little...
- Osaka. I enjoyed one of the largest aquariums in the world: Kaiyukan Aquarium, where I saw a living whale shark and tons of aquatic animals. A dream come true (even I really hate to see imprisoned animals. Double moral, isn´t it?).
- Poland. I was staying at a friend´s home in Poznan and travelling all around the country. Very kind and nice people, great food and crazy drivers.

- Península do Morrazo. Heaven in Earth. There´s no beach like Barra in the whole world.

Teach, Learn, Share

I could help anybody to know my city (it could be A Coruña or Santiago de Compostela), to practice their Spanish and Galician, to learn how to bodyboard in our beaches and in discovering new roads in our mountains.
