About Me

I guess I could write a book here, but I will try my best to keep it simple. Came to Tokyo, as 22 years old. And Ive been here since then. Almost half of my life (17 yrs.). Worked mostly with Japanese people, but the last 6 I have been more with expats.

When I arrived here, my passion was art and multimedia, from webdesign/graphics/animation/filmmmaking.
After many years in front of the screen, I realized that I would like to use my hands. So I became a chef and cooked most of my career in Michelin places. Last year, I took a brake to live at the beach and use my capital, to work for me. Im a temporary swing trader now. Until rise enough capital to start my own coffee place.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Just to meet interesting people and to help out. One of the mostly interesting things about travel is meeting fellow travelers sharing local experiences.

Im not traveling as much as before, however maybe one day I go traveling and couch- surfing myself, so it would be good to know other hosts.

Always interested to hear and share stories and cultural knowledge.
Ask me anything, it would be nice to help you out.
