About Me
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
To confirm my theory that Planet Earth is a good place to live and explore and that most of its inhabitants are nice and kind.
I have joined Couchsurfing in 2011, but I never got to know the website. I am really starting to get in touch with it now (May/2016) and I am open to receive surfers and looking for a couch to my next trip as well (:

Music, Movies, and Books
I really love books! I will mention a few, but it doesnt mean they are the main ones or the only ones, just the ones I can remember now: 1984 and Animal Farm by George Orwell, all Agatha Christie's, all Harry Potter serie, all cartoons by Quino (specially Mafalda), novels of neuroscience by Oliver Sacks, all The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy s, many from Jostein Gaarder and Eduardo Galeano. I also love books related to feminism, public policies, philosophy, sociology, antropology and political science.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Got to know the northern region of Brazil, including the Amazon. It is a very different world, you need to feel it to understand it.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I could teach some portuguese and spanish, if you are interested. And I would be glad to talk about brazilian and latin american society, politics & culture, since I have been studying it for quite a long time (I am no expert , though!)
