ABOUT ME

I'm brazilian, but unfortunately don't know how to samba. To live, I work as graphic designer; fight for cycle rights and promote collaborative ways of production. Sometimes I'm a little shy but always open to a good conversation e new friendships.

PHILOSOPHY

I believe in the power of the collective. Without hierarchy, when you have a group of distinct person, with distinct skills, and everybody is working for the same purpose, dealing with their most pleasurable skills, you have pretty much chances of the common purpose be fully successful.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Until now, only surfing. But I hope to start hosting people when I came back to my country and find a couch to lend.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

The first time that I heard about the idea of Couchsurfing platform, I felt in love instantly. When you are traveling you have the change to grow yourself in many distinct aspects, that's why I believe that to travel and sharing cultures is one of the most rewarding things that you can do in your life, however it's not easy to have enough structure for it. So here you have a proper space to met people that agree with this philosophy, rising a hole community to making true plans that could never be real without the help of those people, with the only interest of provide sharing. And I think it is lovely.

Interests

To know new cultures, to know new forests and vegetations, to eat many different local types of breakfast, to change experiences of collaborative processes and ideas, and everything about bicycles (specially the fixed gear ones).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Once I saw snow, in the top of a vulcano, in the middle of a desert at Atacama, Chile. That was the first and only time I saw snow I'm my life.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach how to make bookbidings, some fixedgear tricks and how to fold paper stars and tsurus. I would love to learn how to play some different percussion instruments and how to cook some different dishes (especially for breakfast!).
