Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm currently travelling a bit through Europe to take up some musical opportunities in Florence, Berlin, and London, and would like to couple accommodation with meeting people, and hopefully making new friends as well as getting to practice some languages.

Music, Movies, and Books

My favourite composers are probably a mix of John Adams, George Benjamin, Unsuk Chin, Boulez, Ligeti, and Hans Abrahamsen. But I also adore Early Music (especially French Baroque repertoire like Rameau and Lully).

Other than those, I'm a huge fan of Maggie Rogers, Suzanne Vega, Joni Mitchell and tonnes of others. I love gamelan music as well, if there are any gamelan fans out there?

My favourite films are undoubtedly Call Me By Your Name, I Am Love (Io Sono l'Amore), and Meet Joe Black.

Some of my favourite books are (without a doubt) Call Me By Your Name, but also Doctor Zhivago, At Swim Two Boys, and lots of others.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I got to sing a service in Notre Dame de Paris in 2016 with my choir!
