I'm Lukas, 26 jears old, student in interpreting at the university of Leipzig (eastern Germany, the so called "new Berlin"). I grew up in next to Milan in Italy but i left this sweet country after secondary school to seek my fortune in Germany, first in Wiesbaden than in Leipzig. During my bachelor degree in political science and arabic i spent a year in Paris studying mostly philosophy and literature. I would describe myself as a very curious person, that's why i'm that thirsty of languages. My dream is to become a dubbing actor.

I discovered Couchsurfing trought a friend of mine and i was hooked: what a great way to visit and discover the world and meet new people at the same time, amazing!

Interests

Reading (i recently felt in love with James Baldwin, mamma mia!) novels, philosophy and geo-revues about felines, my favourite animal. Doing a lot of thai-box since a couple of months. Watching films (mostly italian and french ones like Bertolucci, Scola, Totò, Troisi, Godard, Clouzot ect). And i love to talk to peolple.

10 a.m., drunken after an endless nicht on the Alameda in Sevilla, i´m sitting with my friends at the 10th floor in "La macarena", watching the sun breaking out and the world waking up, and listening to Camarón de la Isla: that gives me heebie-jeebies even now!
