About Me

I grew up in a small village. My parents are, what you call late Hippies.
They educated me in living on my own, living by heart and live in unity with the people and the nature. Also the boyscouts coined my life a lot. After my Highschool graduation, i travelled a lot through Ireland, France and Germany. I love to stay in different and colorful places. I love to see different places and characters. I finished my carpenter and after that i'm planning to travel the world. I went to the Philippines, Ireland and hitchhiking though Germany and Europe.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love to live a simple life without much money. And i think it's very important to know a lot of different people, characters and cultures. Couchsurfing, in my opinion, is one of the best ways to get to know people and it also cooperates with my idea of a world, where money isn't THE thing.

Interests

I'm interested in Nature, People, Hiking, Sports and making and listening to music.
I also love poetry and i believe in Jesus Christ.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love 70s Rock, Blues, Funk and Soul. But also i feel at home in any kind of music like Rap, Reggae, Folk or Electro. My favorite artists are Led Zeppelin, Jefferson Airplane, Herbie Hancock, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Damien Rice and Jurassic 5, but I also like to listen to a whole lot of underground bands.
My favorite movies are: Into the Wild, Shawshank Redemption, Forrest Gump and Gravity, but as in music i love the european indie movies.
My favorite book is the bible, i like to read autobiographies and historical adventures.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I lived 2 weeks in the Hills of Ireland, just my tent, my guitar and the nature.
