Overview
About Me
I'm Lukas, 35 years old, lived in Berlin for the last 15 years and now I want to get to know the rest of the world.
I have recently ended how much fun it is to meet new people, get to know other points of view and have fun with strangers. And I realized, after a few years of working on the computer, that this is not enough for my life. Therefore, is now traveling by train from Berlin to Nepal with indefinite duration. Would like to discover all the countries along the way, get to know the different cultures, people and nature.
Meanwhile I was in Nepal and hiked one time through it from East to West. What was great.
I’m still hungry to get in touch with other cultures, natures and styles of living. But I decided to choose another traveling mode. After Nepal, I got my cargo bike from Germany and cycle from Lombok (Indonesia) to South Korea to join a monastery.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I would like to get to know the people who live in the country. And how they live in the country. What they do, how they spend their free time, what recommendations they have. For this, Couchsurfing is a great platform :)
