Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on Couchsurfing, because i would like to get real insights into the lifes of the people who live at the place, where i am going on vacation. Everybody knows, that these people know the best places to spend time. I just don't like vacations, where I am isolated from the "normal life", since this separation takes in my opinion a lot of the adventure away.

Music, Movies, and Books

I terms of music, i am really open minded. For me, music expresses feelings, so depending on the mood i have, i enjoy a kind of music or not. In terms of movies i definitely like the genres comedy, thriller and horror and also everything combined. My favourite movies are from Luis de Funes and Leslie Nielsen. In general i like feature films more than animated movies, but i don't insist on them. In terms of series, i like Doctor Who, Lucifer, Futurama, Miracle Workers and the lastest in my favourites is Lethal Weapon.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

A few years ago, i was not an exited traveller. I spend my free time in our holiday home and engaged escaping from the daily grind by working in the garden, chopping wood and doing things like that. Of course, there where some travels here and there, but all in all it didn't catch me. A few years ago, I made a trip to Malta my best friends. This was my first trip with an actually different setting, people and - most important - adventures. I enjoyed meeting different people, cultures, food and so much more. In the End, this was the start, to do more trips and more countries.
