About Me

I love adventures - the big ones and the tiny ones. Discovering new and foreign places, taking paths offside the known and popular ones, getting in touch with local people and cultures one can never forget. When I'm not on the road, I live in the city of Würzburg where I go to college (economic sciences). I like great times with good friends and to experience outstanding moments I still have to think of in twenty years or more.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

The best way to make contact with locals and better than a hotel room. I haven't travelled via couchsurfing so far, but hope to enjoy that experience pretty soon.

Interests

I really love music. Listening to music, attending concerts and sometimes playing the guitar. Unfortunately not that good. Also I enjoy fotographing, doing things with Photoshop and video editing. I like playing soccer, basketball and tennis.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music
I would name alternative and indie music as my musical home. But that's not the only one. Sometimes also hip-hop, reggae, the music of the 60s and 70s or just good music in general.

Movies
Thrilling and rousing movies like "Captain Phillips" or "Gladiator", but also comedy and drama films or TV series.

Books
Currently I'm reading a thriller book of South African author Deon Meyer. I can truely recommend it. Also I like travel documentary books. They are a great inspiration for one's own adventures.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Jumping off a tall embankment dam in California. Once you did it, you get addicted. Beloved adrenalin.
