About Me
Hey there,
I am currently part-time traveling across Europe as a handpan street musician. The road that led me here recently took a turn when I realized the job I was working was not for me. Instead, I found, I want to spend more time connecting with people, getting glimpses into their worlds. So, I quit my job, picked up my handpan and set out to discover if this lifestyle could be right for me - at least for a while.
I'd be happy to be invited to stay with you for a night - who knows, maybe even longer, we'll see. I'm genuinely interested in spending time together, having meaningful conversations and visiting nice places, exploring cozy cafes or nature spots. I'm also up for trying new things - sports, adventures, arts, whatever comes up. Try me.
I value both, short, honest connections and the kind that turn into closer friendships. Each has it's own kind of magic.
If I were to describe myself, I'd say I'm calm, reflective and curious - always looking for chances to see the world through someone else's eyes.

Music, Movies, and Books
My biggest passion currently is Malte Marten and any kind of handpan music, although I hear myself playing all the time already. Apart from that, I enjoy all kinds of music, except for the really heavy styles, they're difficult to relate to for me. The songs I feel the most tend to be the melancholic, nostalgic kind.
When it comes to reading, I tend to read only to learn. Novels have become rare in recent years, it's mostly psychology and personal development. As for movies, Lord of the Rings & into the Wild are the ones that stuck with me the most.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
• I hitchhiked from Germany through Scandinavia into Russia and back through Estonia, Latvia and Poland. Sounds more exciting than it felt at the time though.
• Learning to kayak in the wilderness of western Russia
Teach, Learn, Share
I very much enjoy learning new things. I also like to just learn about you. I've found that there's always something new, unfamiliar to be found in meeting new people. Exciting. At the same time it's always a good feeling to find shared experiences as well and see how us humans can be so different and yet so similar.
What I Can Share with Hosts
• I can play you to sleep with my handpan :) or during the day, if you insist. You're welcome to try it yourself, of course
• I am practicing the art of listening in a real way - and also of being there as someone with my own self
• Philosophy is how my brain works, so perhaps we'll find ourselves in entertaining contemplations
