One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
3 Days after I arrived in Montréal, two friends of mine from germany and me were about to explore the city on our own. So we took the lift of one of downtowns highest buildings (Place Ville-Marie) to the highest point possible because we heard that there was a bar with a nice panorama view. Unfortunately we couldn't find the bar so we decided to simply follow the "exit" signs in order to go down again. But the signs were leading us higher and higher and as we opened a door at the end of some stairs, we were standing on the top of the building, we could feel the wind on our skin and simply walk around on the roof of the building. there was no fence, nothing! Only a breathtaking view over whole downtown, fleuve st. laurent, Mont-Royal and on the horizon, we could even see some mountains! We simply enjoyed this beautiful panorama for quite a while.
This was one of the first experiences i made here in Canada and i believe it is quite a good beginning for my trip through north america!
Also: Whale- and sealwatching in Tadoussac, Québec!
Teach, Learn, Share
i could teach you some latin american dances like salsa and cha cha!
