Overview
About Me
I am a jazz pianist trying to make a living as a musician, so I play concerts with a different bands / projects, teach people how to play the piano and give workshops. This requires a lot of organisation, so I spend a lot of hours in front of the computer, but I'm trying to change that and spend more time actually making music, which in my case means practicing the piano, composing, rehearsing.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
When I'm on tour with bands / music projects, I prefer spending the night with private hosts, because it's more personal and most times there are interesting conversations I wouldn't have If I had stayed in a hotel. Especially when visiting a different country I think one learns a lot more when being with locals, meeting new people who think differently!
