I am always up for new ideas and interested in other languages, cultures and countries. I like to travel and see new locations, and get to know to new people and their stories.

After finishing my highschool I did a gap year in a community for special needs near Aberdeen in Scotland, where I also started my studies. Since 2015 I am studying in Oldenburg in the north of Germany Special Education. Now I am about to finish my Master. Since I love adventures and like to get to new countries and parts of the world, I did a semester abroad from august 2017 until Januar 2017 in argentina. There I met amazing people, saw beautiful nature, travelled a lot, studied a bit and experimented the spirit of Latinamerica. I would say I have lots of stories to tell :)
Here in Oldenburg I am working in a residential home care for special needs since five years. I also like new experiences in voluntary work for example in a refugee camp here in Oldenburg. This activities make me happy as I feel people grow, see people learn and develop. Me myself is learning and developing a lot from it!
Good to know is probably as well that I am vegetarian, non-smoking and don´t drink alcohol. But I enjoy drinking any other drink in company :)
In 2023 I was living in Spain and working as a German language teacher. It was a great time and I had a great year! Never will forget that!
Soon I am gonna start to work as a special education teacher in Germany but until I do so, I wanted to use the opportunity to discover the USA and Canada for 2 months. Something that I always was dreaming of and now I got the possibility, yeah!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

2017 I had my first Couchsurfing experiences in Argentina, it was really nice and I am always up to more. To get to new people, hear there stories and learn from them.
I would have loved to host people around the world myself.
But so far I have lived in shared flats with people who were not up for that.
Hopefully soonish I will be able to do so!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I was in Nicaragua for more than two month. To see the different lifestyle and culture was really interesting and a great experience.
There I also surfed down a vulcano after a crazy walk up the mountain.
And more amazing things!
My exchange semester in Argentina and the travels around Chile, Peru and Bolivia, just amazing!
