Exercise.
Get a mohawk.
Talk to strangers.
Don´t think too much.
Get rid of your ego, it´s good for nothing.
Don´t expect too much and you´ll always be pleasantly surprised
I could teach you some cool polish words, how to cook some tapas and play some chords.
