Chi sono
CURRENT MISSION
I want to understand.
ABOUT ME
Hospitality is something that you are born with, or you have to learn from others. In my case I had to learn it.
My teachers were people I met on my road. Ukrainian villagers, Romanian shepards, Turkish drivers, Syrian shisha smokers, Iranian couchsurfers, Pakistani highlanders, Sikh communities from India, Thai farmers, Russian families from Siberia, Kyrgyz nomads and city dwellers, Pamir miners, Uzbek potters, Moldovan priests... and many more.
Sometimes it means just giving a lift or a cup of tea in the middle of hot day. Sometimes a place in their home, where I felt like a part of their family. It was always a gift, which make me happy and embarassed. Something that cannot be underestimate. Something, that you can discover only through traveling.
I spent 2 years traveling around Asia and many summer seasons in the mountains of Easter Europe. Many times being helped and hosted be people, whom I met just minutes ago. Being back home, I like to give back those good thing I have been given.
About me?
I'm environmentalist and former NGO worker, photographer, traveler, climber, occasionally writer. In 2010, together with my friend, we started journey around Asia during witch we visited 20 countries of that continent in 2 years. This profile was our common place, right now we use separate sites in CS. I'm living in Warsaw, preparing next trips, writing my weblog, giving some slideshows about my journeys and trying not to work to much :)
Besides that I'm respectfull, calm and open person. I don't judge anybody's views or religion. I don't care if you are straight or queer. After all, we are just humans on our path, with all our diversity, which makes us beautiful.
My friends say I'm not very talkative and this can be sometimes true. On the other hand, after finding interesting person, I can chat long hours.
During your stay in Warsaw I'll be able to show you some places around and give some hints about Poland, but in the same time I give my guest total freedom. You can jump on and off to see the city or just crash in your room and rest. My home is your home, so relax and feel like that :).

Insegna, impara, condividi
Everyone in the world is somehow better than you in some way. Keeping that in mind I try to find out, what can I learn from every person I meet on my way. I think it's the best way to share our experience. I would love to learn as much as possible about cultures, religions and views.
Crazy globetrotters, socially engaged freaks, passionate photographers, storytellers, seekers on the spiritual path, writers, curious observers, people who change the world.
