I'm a computer games developer born in Warsaw, Poland. I truly love my city and it's history. I'm a football fan, supporter of Polonia Warsaw club - I'm always trying to visit some stadiums or see the match while traveling :). I live in a center of Warsaw with my fiancee.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Travelling without meeting people is just like "visiting places". You have to talk - LIVE in a place you're visiting. It's sometimes difficult because of language barrier etc - that's why its great to use CS. Couchsurfing is the best way to meet interesting people in interesting places.

We started to surf by chance. During our trips we've met some couchsurfers and few minutes later we've change the hostel into nice private house with really incredible people. From that moment we started to host and surf as often as it's possible. Recently we've established "CS Network" of surfers exchange between Berlin, Warsaw and Cracow ;)

Interests

I've got a lot of interests, and believe me - all of the are serious: Traveling (Asia, Middle East), music [ http://www.last.fm/user/oiolosse/ ;) ], sports, history, movies, civil aviation, computer games... Sometimes I work to much, so after hours I just need to chillout myself - im a resident of a friendly drinking bar in a neighbourhood ;)

Music, Movies, and Books

I love almost EVERY kind of music. I attend to all possible music events - jazz concerts, psytrance gigs, music festivals, worlds music events. Jan Garbarek, Boards of Canada, Nine Inch Nails, Coldcut, Frederic Chopin, Queen, Orbital, Astral Projection, Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan, Massive Attack, Paul Kalkbrenner, John Dowland, Boards of Canada, Underworld, Aphex Twin, Steve Reich...
Movies? Coen Brothers, Wong Kar Wai, Nolan, Anderson, Aronofsky, Annaud, Eastwood...
I read a lot. I prefer non-fiction (Kapuscinski!) but I enjoy every kind of good literature - from Tolkien to Naipaul.
And of course I need to mention some computer games. Fallout 2 will be always my favourite, but there's many great titles - Planescape: Torment, God of War, Heavy Rain, Total War series.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

We've visited Iran and Israel year by year ;)
We've sailed across Persian Gulf with a ferry (from Iran to United Arab Emirates).
I've seen the football derbies of Hama in Syria, Oslo in Norway and Shanghai in China, final match of Goa Super League in Margao, India; and other matches in Israel, England, Singapore, Indonesia, Montenegro and Ukraine.
