Fully vaccinated American born in San Diego, CA but have lived in Portland, Oregon for most of my life. In my free time I enjoy many things outdoors including snowboarding, rafting, hiking, and going to the beach/exploring new areas. I also enjoy trying new food/drinks in local areas. I enjoy beer as well as wine and the occasional cocktail :)

I have been to over 10 music festivals in the states and that is something that I have really enjoyed doing during my summers. Unfortunately with Covid it has been a decent time since the last festival that I have been to.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

This is my first time leaving North America and would love to learn and understand new cultures. Would love to meet people in new cities and get a locals perspective vs. being the typical clueless American tourist 🙃

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Kayaked down a class 4 waterfall.
I also thrived during a one week music festival called Oregon Eclipse with no cell service where we witnessed the full solar eclipse.

Could teach snowboarding, I want to learn about new food/drinks and culture of cities that I will be visiting. Share life stories, somewhat good advice and bad jokes.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I’ll come prepared with snacks/beer/wine or whatever the personal preference is. I can also share cleaning duties and provide mediocre jokes. I have quite a few stories as well and can share pictures of my cat 💜
